Return Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be included with the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-15 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
