Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your MOBILEKAN sandals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here's how we handle returns:

• Return Window: Within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.

• Process: Contact us at support@mobilekan.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
